Order fulfillment

All orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. We understand that you are excited to receive your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be completed (business days only include days we are working). We will notify you when your order has shipped/is ready for pickup.

Order Pickups

We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up. Please refrain from contacting us immediately after placing your order. Please wait until we have contacted you prior to coming for your order.

Shipping prices

Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Please do not contact us asking for shipping fees. Please add your items to your cart and allow the system to calculate shipping for you. Shipping is determined by weight. 

Shipping addresses

We cannot change, update or alter the shipping information on your order. It is your responsibility to update the information on your account. Please ensure all information is accurate prior to placing your order. Shipping labels print automatically based on the information provided on your order. Failure to ensure an accurate shipping address will result in additional fees for a new shipping label.

Shipping methods

At checkout, please select the shipping method that is most appropriate for your desired order.

Shipping locations

We ship World-Wide via Canada Post, GLS, UPS, Fedex, Canpar, Purolator, etc. Please select your most desirable shipping company at checkout. PO Boxes can only select Canada Post at checkout. Selecting standard tracked shipping means we will select the most affordable option.

Shipping duration

The second your order leaves our hands, it is in the hands of another company. While we select a shipping method based on your desired shipping/timelines, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for any duties or additional fees incurred on your order.

Customs and Duties

We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred by the seller due to customs, duties, etc. These are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed in any manor or capacity.

Damages during shipping

All orders have been insured to the value of your order. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a damages claim (picture of damages - packaging and product - must be included). We will then contact the shipping provide, to initiate a refund for damages to the products (in the value of the damages only). 

The shipping provider may wish to contact you for proof of the damages. Failure to respond to the postal companies will result in the damages claim being closed, and no refund/replaces being issued.

If your damages claim is approved by the postal companies, we will issue a replacement product (if there is one in stock) or a refund. Resolution will be at our discretion.

Damages after pickup/in-store purchase.

Your order is in perfect condition when we package it. If you drop or damage your parcel in any way that results in the damage of a product, we are not responsible for replacements. While you order is wrapped for security, ensure proper handling of your parcel to ensure the protection of your investment. We do not replace any product purchased in store that is found to be damaged after you leave our store.

Cancellations

A cancellation request must be submitted within 4 hours of ordering, otherwise we do not offer cancellations. Cancellations are at the discretion of us. All cancellations will be subject to a 10% non-refundable re-stocking fee (10% of your order total - GRAND TOTAL - will not be refunded). Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

Refunds are a very rare request - however in the event you would like a refund, please follow the below policies.

• return request must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of products
• return the item in its original condition (buyer to arrange and cover return - either via delivery or shipping) -- we would require that your order number and purchase information be included with the refund item
• refund would only be sent after receipt of the product back (item + tax only) -
• returned item is subject to a 10% restocking fee (meaning that 10% of the total product cost will not be included in your refund)
• if shipping was paid for on the original order, it is not subject to refund.
• if the order qualified for free shipping and the return/refund would bring the total of the order down below the $250 minimum qualifications, the original shipping COST (the amount we spent to ship) will be taken from the item total first, and then the remaining amount would be refunded -- for example, if the order total is $250 and the item for refund is $15+tax, the order without that item is only $235 and would not have qualified for free shipping).

Note: bracelets are a final sale item and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for other products. If you would like to return a product and re-purchase a new product, please review our return policy above.

Non-claimed parcels

Shipment companies will attempt to deliver your order 1 time, after which your order will only be available for pickup for a set number of days pre-determined by the shipping company. We do not have any control over this. If you fail to pickup your parcel within the pre-determine timeline, your order will be returned to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us if their order has been returned to us. Orders shipped back to us by the courier company are not subject to cancellation. Shipping fees are not subject to refund. Additional fees incurred by our company upon the return of the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer should they wish us to mail our their order again. Cost of the new shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. Customer choses to forfeit their order should the shipment remain unclaimed for 180 days, and no contact to our company is made.
