Product Safety

Beads and some crystals are/may be small; these can pose as a choking hazard to small/young children/infants and pets. Children/Infants and pets should always be supervised around any of our products to prevent injury, choking or death. Some products (i.e., points, clusters, raw stones) have sharp points or edges. These products could cause injury, such as cuts or scraps. Please always use caution when handling any of our products. We are not responsible for any injuries or health related issues from the use of our products.

Product Handling

We only sell all natural products. Crystals and gemstones are natural and are fragile; everything should be handled with care. Dropping, kicking, throwing, or any form of mishandling your parcel or items themselves can result in damage or breaking - including but not limited to dents, dings, cuts, fractures, shatters, or complete destruction. Please be aware of proper handling of your parcels and your items. We heavily bubble wrap all shipped orders - use care when unwrapping your items to ensure you do not accidentally damage or break your items. We are not responsible for any and all damages as a result of mishandling your items.

Item Qualities/Appearance

Due to screen resolutions, colours may appear differently than pictured. We cannot be held responsible for discrepancies caused by colour variances. We are selling natural product and blemishes or imperfections are possible.
