If you're anything like my past self, the new year meant a fresh start, and a massive laundry list of resolutions that I felt obligated to commit to. Everyone always used to ask around "so what are YOUR new years resolutions?". While the new year is an incredible time to commit to yourself, it's certainly not the only time of year you can make commitments to yourself. It's also ok to not over fill your plate with commitments and changes that you cannot follow through with, ultimately setting yourself up for failure.

This year, I'm starting a new trend for myself, of intentions and manifestations. I'm committing to only how I want to feel this year, and allowing the rest to fall into place. My commitment to myself is simple, it's purpose and joy; making decisions that truly come from a place deep in my heart, and choosing happiness in all aspects of my life. I am manifesting the life I know will come to me, and acting as if I am already living in that place. It's ok to live in a place of very small goals and small intentions, and allowing the universe to take you on your journey. It's also ok to make a massive list of all your goals, if that is what makes you happy, just ensure that your list is coming from a place of intention and happiness, straight from your heart.

If you're sitting here and wondering, "Is there a crystal for intentions?", the simply answer is OF COURSE! There is a crystal for everything and everyone. However, there are a few crystals that would absolutely help you more than others when it comes to setting your intentions and manifesting your year.

Clear Quartz: frequently referred to as the 'master healer/intention setter', if clear quartz isn't already in your go to crystal collection, you need one ASAP. Hold your clear quartz while you set your intentions and repeat your manifestations. Carry it with you, place it on your bedside table as your reminder of everything you want for yourself and everything you are already working towards. 

Blue Apatite: my number one go to crystals for motivation. If you have big goals that you are working towards, this is MUST HAVE. 

Rainbow Fluorite: not only is fluorite incredibly gorgeous, it helps with self-discipline, and increases focus, memory and concentration. It will also help to encourage structure and routine, which is so important when setting your intentions.

Yellow Fluorite: a rare fluorite that most don't even realize exists, yellow fluorite is a very underrated powerhouse. It can help with manifesting wealth (adds 1000 pieces to cart), and it will also increase creativity and willpower. Artists, small businesses, influencers, you can thank me later ;)

Polychrome Jasper: this stone of rebirth, new beginnings and transformation is a must have for new year intentions. It will allow you to release negativity and unhealthy attachments, allowing you to leave the past behind you and truly begin your new intentions. It will allow you seek immediate action towards all your new goals.

While there are many other crystals that would absolutely assist you, these are just a few of our favourites here at the shop. Also ensure you are checking in with your own intuition when selection your crystals and pick what you are connecting with in the moment.
